Full-Time Hourly FLSA classification: Non-Exempt Summary of the
Position:
The Program Coordinator is responsible to assist the Program Director and Administration with daily program operations to ensure effective and compliant service delivery. Program Coordinator should have a strong knowledge of the day-to-day operations of their program, particularly as it relates to contract compliance, service delivery, and the participants intake/referral process for services. The work has less to do with general office duties than with assisting in the operation or administration of a local program/unit.
Annual Salary:
$49,000
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is generally preferred. Commensurate experience in community-based agency program is acceptable except for programs where the referring authority requires a specific degree. At a minimum, at least one year previous experience in managing personnel and budgets. Experience working with youth in community, school, or home settings. Strong understanding of program operations, service delivery standards, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with youth, families, community partners, and program staff. Strong organizational skills Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage.
