• Prepare bubble tea, coffee, and specialty drinks following standardized recipes (SOP)
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service (taking orders, cashiering, hand-off)
• Maintain cleanliness of workspace, equipment, and store environment
• Assist with daily store operations (prep, restocking, inventory organization)
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations ⸻ Qualifications
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S. (tax reporting required)
• Previous experience in bubble tea, café, or food service preferred (training provided)
• Basic English communication skills required (bilingual is a plus)
• Positive attitude, strong customer service mindset
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays
