Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Program Director to lead and oversee impactful programs within our organization. The Program Director will be instrumental in managing teams, coordinating resources, and driving strategic initiatives that make a real difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. Responsibilities Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs designed to support individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges. Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements. Supervise program staff and direct service providers, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities. Develop strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, families, and individuals served to promote collaboration and program success. Oversee administrative functions including documentation, reporting, compliance monitoring, and record keeping to ensure accuracy and accountability. Coordinate training sessions for staff on topics such as social work practices, behavioral management techniques, and regulatory updates. Monitor program outcomes through data collection and analysis to continuously improve service quality and effectiveness. Skills Proven management experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively in a social work or behavioral health setting. Extensive background in program development, implementation, and evaluation within community-based services. Strong working knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. Excellent relationship management skills to foster partnerships with families, community agencies, and funding bodies. Demonstrated administrative experience including budgeting, documentation, compliance adherence, and report writing. Supervising experience that emphasizes mentorship, team building, and conflict resolution. Deep understanding of social work principles combined with practical experience in behavioral health interventions. Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
