This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships with members, and promoting available memberships, classes, programs, and activities. Key duties include supporting membership growth and engagement, processing payments and registrations, and sharing information about SYS offerings. The role also involves helping coordinate and oversee the after-school program for children in kindergarten through sixth grade, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for participants.
