Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are conducting a search for a high-impact Account Manager to join a fast-growing, customer-focused technology organization in the Albany / Troy area.
Account Manager Location:
Troy, NY The Opportunity This is an on-site, client-facing role where you will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, driving engagement, partnership, and measurable results. You'll play a critical role in ensuring clients achieve their goals while maximizing the value of the platform. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor for the company's platform and solutions Drive client engagement, and long-term success Partner with internal teams to set goals and execute client strategies Deliver regular reporting and insights to demonstrate ROI and outcomes Monitor client health, mitigate risk, and support retention efforts Analyze data to inform engagement strategies and optimize performance Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on product capabilities Support client needs by sharing feedback and product enhancement ideas internally Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required 3+ years of account management or client-facing experience Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Entrepreneurial, energetic, and collaborative approach Ability to travel to customer sites (US based) as needed Preferred Experience Exposure to healthcare related technology or member engagement Familiarity with CRM/project management tools This is an excellent opportunity to join a mission-driven organization at the intersection of healthcare and technology, where your work will directly impact client outcomes and patient experiences.
