This position plays an essential leadership role in overseeing day-to-day operations within a scattered-site transitional residential program that supports adults living with mental illness as they work toward greater independence. sign on bonus may apply Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Program Director and peer Assistant Program Director(s) to ensure the effective functioning of the TAS program. Oversee daily participant care coordination, ensuring appointments are scheduled and attended. Coordinate and assist the Program Director with participant admissions and discharges. Supervise medication inventory and related procedures, ensuring quality control, proper documentation, and staff training. Support staff development by assisting with training and orientation of program employees. Address and resolve program challenges such as staff morale, communication, and team dynamics while fostering an inclusive and supportive environment. Ensure all documentation, billing, and quality assurance requirements are completed accurately and on time. Maintain program compliance and readiness for site visits from regulatory bodies. Facilitate communication and collaboration among program staff, participants, families, and external service providers through meetings, records, and correspondence. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule. May carry a limited caseload as needed. Promote an environment of inclusion and belonging
Requirements Education :
Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 2 years of experience in the mental health field preferred; Associate's degree with 3 years of relevant experience accepted.Experience :
Prior supervisory experience required.Additional Requirements :
Valid NYS driver's license. Reliable transportation required. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environmentBenefits :
