Richmond Community Services is seeking an exceptional Residential Program Specialist to support our Residential Services leadership team at our flagship 919 North Broadway location. This is not your average administrative position. This role sits at the center of operations, finance, compliance, and program supporthelping ensure that the people we support receive the highest quality services while maintaining the financial integrity and regulatory compliance of one of Westchester's premier residential programs.

What You'll DoAs our Residential Program Specialist, you'll be a trusted partner to senior leadership and a key player behind the scenes.
You'll:
Manage resident personal allowance, clothing allowance, and petty cash accounts Reconcile financial records, receipts, expenditures, and supporting documentation Track spending, balances, and account activity with exceptional accuracy Maintain audit-ready files and documentation Support OPWDD, Department of Health, and CMS compliance efforts Create and monitor SysAid tickets and operational requests Maintain records in Therap and other electronic systems Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and executive-level materials Take and distribute meeting minutes while tracking action items and deadlines Support audits, surveys, corrective action plans, and quality improvement initiatives Serve as an administrative resource to the Residential Services Administrator and leadership teamWhy This Role MattersEvery receipt you reconcile.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is... Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working with numbers and financial records Skilled in Microsoft Excel and administrative technology Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously Professional, confidential, and dependable Comfortable supporting executives and management-level staff A strong communicator who can work effectively with leaders across the organization Someone who takes pride in accuracy, accountability, and excellenceQualificationsHigh School Diploma requiredMinimum three (3) years of secretarial or administrative experienceExperience supporting multiple staff members and/or management-level leaders preferredStrong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookAccurate typing speed of 50+ words per minuteKnowledge of advanced office procedures and administrative practicesExperience with meeting minutes, documentation management, financial tracking, or compliance activities preferredValid NY, NJ, or CT Driver's License requiredReliable transportation to travel between agency locations as neededWhy Richmond?
