Caregivers are encouraged to explore career paths that fit their strengths and interests through: Emerging leader and leadership development programs Tuition assistance and education support Skill-building and lateral career opportunities Visibility with leaders who recognize potential early What You'll Do In a High Reliability Organization, the QRP (Quality Reporting Programs) Coordinator reports to and assists the Director of Infection Prevention and Quality Reporting Programs to maintain compliance with regulatory reporting requirements for applicable programs (CMS, TJC, etc.). The coordinator also provides oversight of all duties associated with the abstraction of clinical quality data for public (and other) reporting requirements for all Adena hospital locations. The Quality Coordinator supports quality activities according to service line, certification and regulatory requirements and initiatives. The role is also responsible for development and maintaining internal quality data dashboards, provides analytical support, and reports trends and opportunities for improvement to Quality leadership, stakeholders, teams, and committees accordingly. The coordinator role ensures that new standards and changes to measure sets are monitored, and that key stakeholders are educated on measure specifications. Serves as the liaison between outsourced abstraction services and platforms. Why Caregivers Stay?
