The coordinator also provides oversight of all duties associated with the abstraction of clinical quality data for public (and other) reporting requirements for all Adena hospital locations. The Quality Coordinator supports quality activities according to service line, certification and regulatory requirements and initiatives. The role is also responsible for development and maintaining internal quality data dashboards, provides analytical support, and reports trends and opportunities for improvement to Quality leadership, stakeholders, teams, and committees accordingly. The coordinator role ensures that new standards and changes to measure sets are monitored, and that key stakeholders are educated on measure specifications. Serves as the liaison between outsourced abstraction services and platforms. Why Caregivers Stay?
