Duties Coordinate daily activities and schedules for participants, ensuring a balanced mix of social, recreational, and skill-building opportunities Supervise staff and volunteers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to maintain high-quality program delivery Develop and implement innovative programs tailored to the needs and interests of individuals with developmental disabilities Manage program budgets, track expenses, and ensure resources are allocated effectively to support participant engagement Build strong relationships with participants, families, community partners, and service providers to foster collaboration and trust Monitor behavioral health needs of participants, implementing strategies to promote positive behaviors and emotional well-being Maintain accurate documentation of participant progress, incident reports, attendance records, and program evaluations Requirements Proven management experience in a social service or community program setting Knowledge of program development principles and best practices for working with individuals with developmental disabilities Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders Strong administrative skills including record keeping, budgeting, and report writing Supervisory experience leading teams or groups in a fast-paced environment Background in social work or behavioral health is highly desirable Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and compassion while adhering to confidentiality standards This role offers an inspiring environment where your leadership directly enhances the lives of others.
