Job Description

We invite you to consider this exciting program management opportunity. In this role, you will collaborate with teams across the organization to manage external reporting structures and processes, including highly visible work supporting the regulatory requirements of U.S. News & World Report. As a Senior Program Management Specialist, you will serve as the central point of contact, providing coordination, direction, and oversight to ensure the successful delivery of external reporting initiatives and their objectives. Cincinnati Children's is a nonprofit, comprehensive pediatric health system. This role is within the James M. Anderson Center for Health Systems Excellence which was established in 2010 to promote improvement efforts aimed at providing the best outcomes and safest care for the children and families we serve. This role requires an individual to be independent yet collaborative with other healthcare professionals and leaders at Cincinnati Children's to achieve top decile outcomes. The ideal candidate is a program management professional with demonstrated experience designing, executing, and overseeing processes to collect, monitor, and improve data for an external reporting or similar program. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive organization-wide impact and collaborate with senior leaders across multiple divisions and institutes. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate and build engagement across teams. It also demands robust data capabilities and a strong sense of urgency to drive meaningful change for patients and families.
