Job Description
- Position Overview

- Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex technology programs within the risk domain, ensuring alignment with corporate risk strategies and regulatory requirements
- Manage program budgets, including resource planning, forecasting, and financial tracking
- Partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders to define program objectives, success metrics, and execution roadmaps
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across technology, risk, compliance, and corporate functions teams
- Oversee Agile program execution, including sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery tracking
- Utilize tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Suite to manage timelines, dependencies, and reporting
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, ensuring proactive resolution and governance
- Support continuous improvement of program management practices within the risk technology space Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong program management experience, preferably within risk, compliance, or corporate functions technology
- Proven experience delivering programs
- Experience managing large-scale programs
- Strong understanding of risk frameworks, controls, and regulatory environments
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira)

Base Salary:
$65,000.00 - $158,700.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.- Application Window
