M.P. Coaches, Trainers, and Program Coordinators. Duties and Responsibilities :
All positions require mature interaction with teens who are sometimes disengaged and disruptive. All team members will work collaboratively to inspire youth to discover their strengths, set goals and achieve independence. If you are a TEAM PLAYER, with five or more years of experience , with experience mentoring youth, managing data or building systems that help people thrive, we want to meet you! Determines opportunities and threats through comprehensive analysis of current and future trends. Program Coordinators must be responsible, creative, and self-directed individuals. Must be able to implement high quality programs for youths and their families. Position Requirements Must possess at least 5 years of experience working with youth, preferably teenagers, in a related field. Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office and Google Drive. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Able to travel and work flexible hours including Saturdays and evenings. Must be able to lift 25 to 50 pounds and possess physical mobility. Access to a vehicle with insurance and valid Ohio Driver's License required. Coaches and Trainer positions requires driving students to and from the program site and into the community using a 14-passenger mini bus. Employee screens are conducted by our insurance agent. Must be a US Citizen or possess a valid US working visa. Approved BCI/FBI Background check
