Job Requirements Dayton, OH Top Secret Polygraph Unspecified Career Level not specified Salary not specified Join Premium to unlock estimated salaries Job Description Peerless Technologies is seeking a Senior Cryptologic Liaison Manager to support the F-22 Program Office located at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The F-22 Program Office is a fast-paced environment supporting a broad array of Divisions and Branches supporting the F-22 Raptor Fleet. You will interface with various government and military stakeholders, including the Weapon System Prime Contractor, and provide cryptologic support for the F-22 Security Branch, in support of the F-22 Program Office mission. The successful candidate will support the F-22 Program by providing the following skills/activities in support of F-22 cryptologic operations; you will: Support management of cryptographic hardware and software efforts for the F-22 Division, to include participation in technical and program planning, reviews, milestone and crypto certification events. Work with the F-22 Division, Prime OEM Contractor/ Subcontractor, and the National Security Agency (NSA) to complete requirement reviews for new crypto modernization algorithms for proposed designs for weapon system cryptographic devices. Perform technical management for the F-22 Division's cryptographic efforts, to include the F-22 annual rekey and universal change-over events. The Contractor shall work alongside the F-22 Key Controlling Authority (ACC/A3CJ), operational maintainers, and support personnel to resolve cryptographic problems. Act as technical intermediary between the F-22 Division and various outside agencies to include the NSA, ACC/A3CJ, and
AFLCMC/HNC
(Air Force Cryptographic Support Division) regarding modernization/sustainment considerations impacting F-22 related cryptographic hardware and software. Serve as the focal point of communication for the F-22 Division in the event of an F-22 related Communications Security (COMSEC) incident or cryptographic compromise. The Contractor shall be responsible for coordinating with the location of the occurrence and the NSA representatives assigned to evaluate and resolve the issue. The Contractor shall promote and participate in regularF-22 COMSEC
Working Groups and shall represent the F-22 Division regarding COMSEC-related topics Advise F-22 Government PMs regarding changes in the program's cryptographic environment and provide recommendations related to necessary Division action or response. Lead any NSA directed ECU rescission and deployment actions towards utilization and eventual phase-out and participate as needed with certification and accreditation of COMSEC and/or cryptographic related F-22 efforts.REQUIREMENTS
General Experience requirements: Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five years of which must be in the DoD OR, Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD OR, 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight of which must be in the DoD.Specific Experience requirements:
10 years of cryptography experience; experience supporting aircraft programs preferred but not required Clearance requirements: Top Secret Clearance, and able to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility if required.group id:
