• Full-Time Barton Communities in Cleveland, OH, is looking for someone with proven experience in service management to join our team.

We are an inclusive and diverse organization that provides safe, clean, affordable housing for older adults in our community. This position provides support for our residents by working with the Property Managers at Shevchenco Manor in Parma, Puritas Senior Apartments in Cleveland, and Ridgeville Farms in North Ridgeville to educate tenants about available services and monitoring provisions of those services. We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude to help foster our culture of open, honest, transparent communication. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a bachelor's degree in Social Work, Gerontology, Psychology, Counseling, or Public Health. LSW licensure is required. Good interpersonal skills, communication, writing, and word processing skills are essential. Comprehension and the ability to communicate in Russian or Ukrainian is preferred. This is a full-time position at 35 hours/week with flexibility in the working schedule.
