Job Description
The position is responsible for monitoring the daily activities of the shelter and ensuring compliance with the program rules and expectations. This position will report to the Program Coordinator. This position will also be responsible for the safety and direct support to residents as needed. Compassion and empathy towards those fleeing domestic violence is a must. Applicant must have a High School Diploma/GED. Must possess good written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently as well as a team member, basic computer skills, organizational skills and ability to carry out daily functions of the shelter, ensure safety & security of program operations. Must possess integrity, discretion and tact dealing with confidential matters, dependable and flexible in ours and scheduling, proactive and a self starter. Must submit to a criminal records check and have CPR/First Aid training.
