Program Director

Job Summary We are currently looking for a motivated and energetic Coach / Program Lead to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children of all ages and is ready to take on a leadership role within our programs. This position includes coaching classes, assisting with program development, and helping train and support new coaches.

Responsibilities:

Coach gymnastics classes for athletes ages 2-16 Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans Help train and mentor new coaches Ensure a safe, positive, and structured class environment Support daily operations and overall program flow

Qualifications:

Experience in gymnastics, cheer, dance, or a related sport preferred Experience working with children required Strong leadership and communication skills Positive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset Ability to lead a class independently

Schedule & Pay:

Part-time:

10-20 hours per week Starting at $18/hour (based on experience) Weekly pay
