Job Description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to support a company focused on building and scaling a new internal product organization within a highly regulated aerospace and defense environment. This position is on-site in Mason, OH. The Program Manager will lead cross-functional efforts to drive new product development from concept through production. Join a high-impact initiative where you will help shape a transforming organization and influence long-term product strategy. Responsibilities for the Program Manager include: Lead the development and establishment of a new internal product organization Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, manufacturing, finance, and supply chain Drive new product development efforts from concept through production lifecycle Gather stakeholder requirements and serve as product owner throughout development Oversee financial reporting, capacity planning, and support product strategy and roadmap development Required Qualifications for the Program Manager include: 7+ years of experience leading new product development in a regulated environment Experience with Agile product development methodologies, capacity planning, and program management tools Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance Compensation for the Program Manager include:
Salary Range:
$150,000 - $190,000 depending on experience
