Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Program Coordinator Assistant to join our team and support the successful development and management of community programs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, helping to coordinate services that promote independence, social engagement, and overall well-being. As a vital part of our program management team, you will assist in implementing program initiatives, maintaining positive relationships with participants and stakeholders, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your energetic approach and commitment to social work will help foster an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. Duties Assist in planning, organizing, and executing program activities tailored for individuals with developmental disabilities Support program development efforts by coordinating schedules, resources, and participant engagement strategies Maintain strong relationship management by communicating effectively with participants, families, staff, and community partners Provide administrative support including data entry, record keeping, and preparing reports on program progress Help supervise program activities ensuring safety protocols are followed and participant needs are met with compassion Contribute to budgeting processes by tracking expenses and assisting in resource allocation for various programs Collaborate with behavioral health professionals to implement individualized plans that promote positive behavioral outcomes Experience Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in social work settings preferred Demonstrated management or supervisory experience in a community or program setting Strong background in program development and implementation within social services or behavioral health fields Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse populations and community partners Administrative experience involving record keeping, scheduling, and budget tracking required Knowledge of behavioral health practices and principles related to developmental disabilities beneficial Experience in managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Join us to make a meaningful difference!
