Responsibilities include serving as a welcoming first point of contact, assisting with child care searches, conduct background checks, child care provider recruitment and updates, organizing information, accounts reconciliation, conducting background checks, marketing support, managing lending library inventory, and assisting with special projects as needed. An Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with at least two years of clerical experience. Candidates must have a valid Ohio driver's license and dependable transportation, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent telephone and customer service skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and community partners from diverse backgrounds are essential.
Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
