Full Job Description Overview:

Apogee Engineering is looking for a highly experienced Advisor of Tools & Techniques who can provide strategic advice, messaging, and road mapping for Foreign Material Exploitation (FME) and T2 initiatives across the DoW, IC, and FME enterprise.

•Contingent Upon Contract Award

Responsibilities:

Develop strategic roadmaps and high-level messaging for senior leaders (GO/SES). Apply deep understanding of DoW, IC, and FME enterprise landscapes to identify strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities. Assist the Government in monitoring program cost, schedule, and performance targets, and develop and maintain overviews of all management activities, in-process projects, and innovation activities Assist the Government in the development of program messaging, maintain the strategic plan, and facilitate senior leader and Foreign Materiel Program (FMP) community engagements to garner broader support for the T2 program Assist the Government in the organization, documentation, and tracking of all T2 engagements, ongoing projects, and potential plans utilizing current systems (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint, Confluence) Research alternative contracting vehicles (e.g., Other Transaction Authorities (OTAs), IDIQs) and identify different funding resources; support the Government in drafting solicitation materials, tracking subcontractor development projects, and tracking vendor progress Translate complex technical concepts into high-level messaging for General Officers and Senior Executive Service members

TS/SCI Education/ Years of Experience:

Bachelors degree in science or engineering. 10 years experience with DoW or similar programs. Proven ability to provide strategic advice and recommendations on mission-critical issues. Prior senior advisory experience in DoW or IC. Strong briefing skills for senior stakeholders.
