Program Coordinator Assistant

Overview The Program Coordinator Assistant supports daily program operations by assisting with administrative duties, client services, and compliance requirements. This position works closely with the Program Coordinator and Program Director to ensure quality services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Duties Maintain accurate client records and coordinate required appointments to ensure ongoing eligibility Conduct scheduled and unscheduled home visits in accordance with DDSD policies Assist with documentation, reporting, and timely submission of required paperwork Attend Individual Plan (IP) meetings and other assigned meetings Support program operations including purchasing requests, billing, EVV, and payroll time system assistance Track client units and assist with overall case management support Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Experience with record keeping and communication preferred Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and follow agency/DDSD guidelines Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance Must pass background checks, MVR, and drug/alcohol screening Ability to perform home visits and lift up to 60 lbs as needed

Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
