Job Description

The Residential Program Coordinator (PC) will be responsible for providing direct supervision to Habilitation Training Specialist (HTS) staff. They will assume responsibility for the physical and personal well-being of each resident by providing supervision, conducting regular home visits, and communicating with all the Individual Team (IT) members for each resident. Provide 24-hour support to staff and residents, responding in person to any emergencies or critical incidents.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have four years college education or the equivalent of five (5) years full-time equivalent experience in serving persons with developmental disabilities. Clear background check Valid Oklahoma driver's license

$43888 - $45500 per year
