Provides programmic leadership and guidance to subordines, program staff, and technical specialists, ensuring coordinion among logistics, engineering, financial, and business functions. Confers with internal and external customers to define work requirements, resolve program issues, and ensure the availability of da and analysis needed for life-cycle planning, configurion management, and system supportability decisions. Develops and recommends stregies to improve program performance and conveys findings and recommendions to senior leadership. Plans, defines, and manages budgets, staffing, and other resources for multiple programs.
