Become part of a well-staffed and supported team as the CrisisCare Center Program Supervisor. The Program Supervisor plays a key leadership role in overseeing the daily operations, performance, and development of program staff. This position works collaboratively with program leadership, internal departments, and external partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Responsibilities include staff supervision, operational management, cross-agency coordination, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Program Supervisor provides case consultation, promotes professional growth, and supports a learning environment focused on excellence and client-centered care.
POSITION SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Staff Supervision Recruit, hire, and train program personnel. Provide performance feedback to staff, clarify expectations, and take corrective action when needed to improve performance. Communicate and enforce policies and procedures with supervisees. Direct day-to-day work activities of staff and offer guidance as needed. Oversee distribution of work. Provide and model exceptional internal and external customer service. Review staff work ensuring accuracy and compliance with agency and program policy and procedures. Field questions and assist with crisis situations. Foster collaboration and strengthen team efforts among program staff. Provide a positive team-orientated environment attending to employee morale and employee work satisfaction. Ensure that standards are met, and clients receive culturally sensitive and compassionate care. Assist staff in adapting to changing work environment. Manage Program Operations Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate program practices. Maintain and provide appropriate statistics, management reports, and other program reports as needed. Collaborate with other FCS program leaders and staff to ensure client care system within F&CS is efficient and effective for optimal client care. Collaborate with external program partners and other community resources to ensure those external entities involved in client care are efficient and effective for optimal client care. Provide subject matter expertise for program, the population your program serves, and community partners or others that are in system providing care for program's clients.
QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree required.
EXPERIENCE
Experience with Mental Health and Criminal Justice population.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES
ODMHSAS PRSS Supervisor Training, one time course completed within 6 months of hire. ODMHSAS Case Manager II Certification, completed within 60 days of eligibility.
OTHER INFORMATION SAFETY SENSITIVE JOB CLASSIFICATION
This job is classified as a "safety-sensitive" position as defined by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act. Due to the "safety-sensitive" classification, an employee in this position would be subject to drug and alcohol testing, including random testing. Marijuana is one of the substances included in the drug panel screening.
