June 2•August 8 About Stored Goodness Stored Goodness is a community-driven nonprofit providing essential resources, food access, and educational programming to families in North Tulsa. Our Summer Feeding & Learning Program combines meals and structured learning for youth ages 5-12. Position Overview Stored Goodness is seeking a Lead Instructor (Contractor) to lead daily program instruction and support overall program execution. This role is responsible for creating an engaging, structured, and positive environment while ensuring the program runs smoothly. This position requires someone who can lead independently, manage a group, and execute without constant supervision . Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver engaging group lessons for youth (ages 5-12) Facilitate and support partner-led sessions Guide Group Leaders during activities and transitions Maintain structure, behavior expectations, and engagement Ensure a safe, organized, and positive environment Support daily program flow and overall execution Qualifications Experience working with youth (education, camps, childcare, or similar) Strong leadership and group management skills Confident communicator and presenter Organized, reliable, and able to take initiative Passion for youth development and community impact Contract Expectations Must be available for the full program duration (June 2•August 8) Responsible for managing assigned duties independently Expected to maintain professionalism and program standards at all times No phone use during program hours except for program-related needs Compensation Stipend-based (contracted rate based on experience) Paid as an independent contractor (1099)

$20.00•$25.00 per hour
