Desired Candidate Profile Minimum required years of experience: 8-10+ YOE (5 years of experience in brand, digital or social marketing) Education requirements: Bachelors Degree highly preferred, but not required Top 3 must have skills: Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in digital marketing, content creation, and social media Strong project management, problem-solving, presentation writing, and analytical thinking skills Excellent relationship building skills and knows how to influence working teams and key partners Nice to have skills: Experience leading, developing, and scaling teams Fluency reading consumer data and crafting measurement and optimization plans Experience managing creative, media, and research agencies Software/technical requirements: High fluency in Keynote Familiarity with input and project management in Air Table Familiarity with Figma Outlook + Slack for day-to-day communication
