A Program Officer oversees the development of an organization's programs. This may includes staff development, project management, implementation and daily management of activities. May also oversee funds and budgets.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO!
This individual will get to supervise visits and safe exchanges of children between parents in families with a history of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or child sexual abuse. Services occur at our secure site in downtown Bend, OR. We're looking for a flexible, quick-thinking, creative, open-minded, and compassionate team player with a sense of humor who can work respectfully with diverse families. The ability to de-escalate conflicts while remaining calm and professional is key. Work history or lived experience in human services, knowledge of child development, needs of at-risk families and immigrant communities and commitment to equity and inclusion desired. Our small, friendly staff at Mary's Place includes people from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences. Saving Grace does not have any degree or educational requirements or expectations. Positions are part time, 15 and 18.5 hours per week, $22.72/hr depending on experience.
