Job Description
We are seeking a Teen Center Coordinator to support the Program Director in planning, coordinating, and delivering programs for teens. This role focuses on implementing activities aligned with the Club's five core program areas and engaging teens in meaningful, enriching experiences both inside the Teen Center and in the community. Requirements
- Experience working with teens and understanding youth development principles.

Qualified candidates possess the ability to:
- Motivate youth and manage behavior concerns.
- Communicate effectively with teens and adults.
- Maintain high energy during daily activities and multitask effectively.
- Remain mobile and circulate throughout the program space for long periods. Job Duties
- Create an encouraging environment that promotes participation, supports new member orientation, and models positive behavior.
- Implement teen programs as directed, including activities tied to Keystone Club, Career
Launch, Triple Play, SMART Moves, and other national BGCA initiatives.
- Promote programs and special events such as Teen Late Nights and dances using press releases, mailings, bulletin boards, and in& #8209;Club announcements.
- Provide safe, structured, high& #8209;quality program experiences.
- Help maintain facility cleanliness and monitor the physical environment.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with members while responding to behavioral issues in alignment with Club policies.
- Communicate regularly with Club staff, members, and the Program Director regarding activities, issues, or guidance needs.
- Ensure teens are engaged in designated program areas.
- Secure facilities and follow closing procedures when assigned.
Hours
Non& #8209;exempt position; schedule varies based on program needs, primarily afternoons and evenings. Occasional weekend or special& #8209;event hours may be required. Wages/Benefits
