Job Description

We design, develop, and manufacture medical devices for clients who are working on some of the most meaningful problems in healthcare. Engineers, machinists, operations, quality, and program teams work side by side, from early concept through verification and manufacturing, all in one place. Beyond medical devices, we also take on cutting-edge projects in 3D printing and data centers. You'll work on technology that can change how patients receive care, and you'll have a hand in getting it from idea to the people who need it. Manage programs from kickoff through closure: planning, development, verification, and transfer. Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones, and track dependencies. Lead kickoffs, phase-gate and design reviews, and client and internal status meetings. Bring teams together, help resolve conflicts, and keep stakeholders aligned. Identify risks early, escalate issues, and drive mitigation plans. Report status, risks, and budget performance clearly to clients and leadership. Support change orders, forecasting, and budget tracking with guidance from senior PMs. Work within our Quality Management System and design controls (FDA, ISO 13485). Help the PMO improve by adopting new tools, refining processes, and sharing what you learn.
Collaborative:
You build trust across functions and with clients, and you thrive working with technical teams.
Skilled at conflict resolution:
You address tension early and respectfully, and you keep things moving.
A natural learner:
You like picking up new tools and processes and don't wait to be taught.
Accountable:
You own project success and work proactively to resolve issues - even when it's uncomfortable.
Self-driven:
You see what needs doing, fill gaps, and make progress without being asked.
Steady under pressure:
You stay calm and professional when things get hard. Hands-on work across medical devices, 3D printing, and data center projects. A team where engineers, machinists, quality, and operations collaborate every day. Room to grow your program management expertise. On-site in Corvallis, Oregon. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and education, and includes a comprehensive benefits package. This position is required to be on site during normal business hours. Bachelors or better in Engineering or related field. Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
