Job Description

As a Residential Program Manager, you will lead teams in supporting adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) to live the life they choose. We are hiring a Department Manager for our residential program, starting at $24.00/hr (DOE) Benefits you'll get with us, most are company paid and start in less than 90 days! Generous Paid Time Off Fully Paid Training Employer matched Retirement program Medical Dental Life Insurance You will make a difference every day in the lives of adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities as you: Manage and oversee the residential department staff Ensure that adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities receive the services that are consistent with their individual health and personal needs Oversee accurate documentation and help develop Individual Support Plans (ISP) Coordinate with other service providers, families, and other support systems to ensure participant's success To thrive in this career, applicants will: Have a heart and a passion to make a difference and help people become the best version of themselves. Be team builders Have prior experience working with adults with Intellectual/ Developmental Disabilities Be great communicators Have compassion towards all others Requirements Have HS Diploma or equivalent and a current Driver's License. Higher education degree preferred in the social sciences, psychology or related field. Experience may be substituted for degrees Have two or more years experience in the supervision of paid staff, ideally in caregiving/supporting adults with disabilities Be able to pass pre-employment drug screen for illegal drugs and a criminal history background check.
