Job Description

Rosenberger is an innovative global leader in radio frequency technology with an international presence. Our products are used in wireless technology, telecom, test & measurement, automotive, medical, military, industrial and data systems. As a result of continued growth in North America and a commitment to providing the highest level of service to our customers, we are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Akron, Pennsylvania.
POSITION SUMMARY
: The Program Manager is responsible for managing cross-functional programs from concept through development, production, and launch. This role ensures programs are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality, customer, and business requirements. The Program Manager serves as the primary point of coordination between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, suppliers, and customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage assigned programs through the complete lifecycle, including concept, development, validation, industrialization, production launch, ramp-up, and post-launch support. Develop and maintain comprehensive program timing plans, milestones, deliverables, budgets, and objectives while monitoring performance against timing, cost, quality, and delivery targets. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, and other functions to ensure successful execution of customer programs. Coordinate manufacturing and launch readiness, including tooling development, process validation, capacity readiness, APQP activities, and PPAP completion. Serve as the primary program contact for assigned customers, providing regular status updates and coordinating customer requirements, deliverables, launch activities, escalations, and open issues. Manage program risks and open issues, identify potential schedule or resource constraints, and coordinate mitigation, recovery plans, and timely closure with responsible parties. Coordinate customer requests through the established Product Line and Product Engineering structure from initial request through product development and delivery. Collaborate with Engineering and Operations in the development and industrialization of products and manufacturing processes to meet current and future customer requirements. Coordinate global and regional teams as required and facilitate internal and external program review meetings covering timing, launch readiness, risks, actions, and required decisions. Work with functional leadership to identify resource requirements, support prioritization, and escalate significant program risks or constraints when necessary. Ensure assigned programs comply with applicable customer-specific, regulatory, safety, and automotive quality requirements, including IATF 16949 and applicable
APQP/PPAP
requirements. Coordinate the resolution of customer rejections, nonconforming product, receiving, and program-related commercial or accounting issues with the appropriate functional teams, ensuring timely disposition and closure. Maintain accurate program documentation and regular, predictable attendance. Perform other duties as assigned.
