• What You'll Do Assist staff in ensuring safety of ambulatory/mobile residents by offering activities Work with interdisciplinary team to identify behavioral/health and safety concerns Assist in developing Health and Safety/Behavior Support Plans Responsible for compiling information for monthly and quarterly documentation Learn the IHP/ISP Timeline over the course of 6 to 12 months Develop and train staff on behavioral/health and safety plans From Up to Qualifications Program Specialist•What We're Looking For Associate's Degree with a minimum of 4 years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (
