Location:

The Head of PMO is a remote position with preference given to candidates near Allentown, PA (or East Coast). There will be approximately 10-20% domestic and potentially international travel required to meet business needs.

Your Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Lead with expertise to oversee multiple strategic initiatives within the Specialty Gases business unit. The role will partner closely with the Specialty Gases Commercial team and key stakeholders in Operations, Technology, Finance, and Strategy to ensure robust execution, clear roadmaps, and timely delivery of milestones that unlock business value.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project management for multiple strategic initiatives within Specialty Gases, from charter through execution and benefits realization. Develop, maintain, and socialize detailed program roadmaps and milestone-based plans that align with strategic objectives and commercial priorities. Drive program governance, including steering committees, stage gates, risk registers, issue logs, change control, and benefits tracking.
