Learn more at www.tier1performance.com. Who We Seek We're seeking a strategic Strategy & Delivery Lead with expertise in program and project management to translate vision into execution. This role goes beyond managing timelines; you'll help ensure initiatives are aligned, adopted, and delivering real business impact. You'll partner with client leaders and cross-functional teams to bring complex work to life. - Translate strategic priorities into clear plans, milestones, and success measures
- Align stakeholders on goals, roles, and expected outcomes
- Identify risks, dependencies, and organizational impacts Lead Delivery
- Lead multiple complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through completion.
- Create structure through plans, governance, and team rhythms
- Keep work on track by managing progress, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate across disciplines (change, comms, creative, learning, technology, and org & talent)
- Be accountable for project financials (forecasting, hours, invoicing, gross margin)
- Use AI tools to improve efficiency and visibility Drive Engagement & Results
- Keep stakeholders informed, aligned, and engaged
- Facilitate key conversations, decisions, and working sessions
- Track success metrics and adjust to improve outcomes Continuously Improve

- 5+ years of project or program management experience
- Experience in consulting or cross-functional environments preferred
- Proficiency with tools like Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project
- Strong financial management experience (budgeting, forecasting, GM%)
