Job Description:

PURPOSE OF JOB

To supervise assigned age-group programs at Children's Village ensuring adherence to state regulations and NAEYC standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Oversee all aspects of classroom program planning, implementation and evaluation in the assigned program; Contribute to overall center management 2. Participate in the hiring process, train, orient, mentor and supervise classroom staff in assigned area 3. Assist classroom teachers in identifying and supporting children with special needs 4. Participate as needed in addressing family and parent concerns 5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge base in ECE best practices 6 Other duties as required

Bachelor's degree in

ECE or Child Development or Related Field Experience:

7 years experience with young children
