The Essentials:

Education & Experience:

An Associate's Degree (or 60 credits) with 2 years of field experience, OR a High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of relevant field experience.

Technological Experience:

Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook & Word) and comfortable utilizing computers and other technologies including electric health record databases.

Regulatory Knowledge:

A solid understanding of federal, state, and county regulations (6400) for adult developmental disability services.

Leadership Skills:

The ability to supervise staff, manage schedules, and maintain a positive, high-quality work environment. This leadership position requires flexible availability based on scheduling and supervision for 24/7 residential operations. May be required to work nights and/or weekends.

Task Management:

Ability to manage and track large amounts of information, including but not limited to medical appointments, financial information, staff schedules, petty cash and quality surveys.

Reliability:

A valid Driver's License with a good driving record, reliable vehicle and the ability to manage on-call responsibilities.
