Overview:
Nurturing Heart's is seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Program Facilitator. This role will play a pivotal role in the effective coordination and facilitation of our programs, with a focus on program facilitation, report writing, and outreach initiatives
Training Schedule:
Paid training will be held in June & July.
Position Starts:
The position will start in September 2026.
Responsibilities:
1.
Program Facilitation:
  • Coordinate & facilitate program lessons, materials preparation, and participant engagement.
  • Ensure program delivery adheres to established timelines, quality standards, uniformity and confidentiality.

Report Writing:
  • Prepare weekly and accurate reports detailing program outcomes, achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement for each individual program.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and program enhancements.
3.
Outreach Initiatives:
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase community awareness and participation in program offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote programs through various channels, including social media, newsletters, and events.
4.
Research and Obtain Funding Opportunities:
  • Conduct research to identify potential funding opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and corporate sponsors.
  • 5. Social media engagement
  • Create weekly social media post for Instagram and Facebook that reflects and carries out the mission and goals of Nuturing Hearts.
Qualifications:
  • Associates/Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., nonprofit management, social work, education) or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in program facilitation, preferably within the nonprofit sector
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, database management software and social media marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
