Scope of Position:
To support and strengthen Job Connect operations through effective oversight of customer flow, service delivery, data capture, reporting, operational processes, and overall program performance. Essential Functions Collaborate with leadership teams and contractor staff to optimize customer flow, strengthen service delivery processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure accurate and compliant data management practices Provide ongoing operational and technical support to staff, troubleshoot process and system issues, and identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and service delivery outcomes Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with state agencies, local organizations, educational institutions, and community stakeholders to strengthen collaboration, expand service access, and support program goals Respond in a timely manner to requests from the contracting agency on issues related to performance tracking and compliance Monitor, analyze, and report program data related to contract obligations, performance outcomes, and operational trends in collaboration with the performance management team Monitor progress toward contractual performance benchmarks and quarterly goals, identify performance challenges, and implement corrective strategies to support continuous program improvement Provide requested status reports and other data for EDSI administrative staff Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant data entry within required systems through ongoing monitoring, quality assurance reviews, and staff guidance Oversee ISO compliance activities, internal quality assurance processes, and audit preparation to ensure adherence to organizational and contractual standards Maintain accurate organizational charts, staff directories, and operational documentation to support communication, reporting, and program oversight Other opportunities as available Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred 7-10 years of previous supervisory experience required Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills Ability to gather and synthesize information from a wide variety of people and sources Experience managing large-scale projects, process improvements, and the development and implementation of new procedures and standard operating processes Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel Regional travel is required Able to work fully onsite, fully virtual, or in a hybrid environment Clean driving record, valid Driver's License, and reliable vehicle required Job Ad Program Director Do you have a passion for making a difference in someone's life?
