Job Description

Job Summary Provide Leadership, work flow coordination, contract execution and overall direction and guidance to ensure the accurate completion of all required tasks as stated in the contract. Primary Duties Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. These duties and responsibilities will be rated on the Annual Performance Review. Provide technical direction, management and oversight of a microfilm and microfiche scanning operation. Ensure that contract operations are in compliance with customer, contract and organizational requirements. Analyze, develop, and implement programs, systems and processes to advance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure that all assigned personnel meet organizational and operational requirements and expectations related to training and professional development. Collect, record and report all required operational and as required on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual basis. Additional Responsibilities Take the lead in resolving employee issues or concerns. Participate in the selection and evaluation of personnel. Promote customer satisfaction in a professional and courteous manner identifying customer needs or concerns and providing quality products of service. Support a workplace climate treating everyone with honest dignity and respect; free from harassment and discrimination. Implement project management proficiencies by creating schedules, deliverables, and identifying new available resources. Complete in an accurate and timely manner, all evaluation/assessment reports, progress reports, case notes, incident reports, attendance, and other supporting documentation. Perform other related job duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education, Experience, and Certification(s) High School Diploma or equivalent required. Prior scanning and document digitatization experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Two years of management experience in a related field required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple activities and prioritize multiple competing tasks. Ability to set priorities for self, team, and peers, and adjust when priorities change. Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to become familiar with corporate specific programs and software such as ZOOM and Microsoft Teams. Ability to solve practical problems and adapt to new information and guidance quickly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented and able to carry out work with the highest levels of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of project management, timelines, deadlines, and follow through on finished products.
