View More Jobs Program Manager- Commercial Avionics and Electronic Systems Lansdale, PA, United States (On-site) Be the First to Apply Job Description As a Program Manager, CAES Systems here at Honeywell, you will lead and manage complex aerospace programs, ensuring the successful delivery of CAES (Commercial Avionics and Electronic Systems) projects. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules, budgets, and resources, and driving program execution to meet customer and business requirements. You will report directly to our senior leadership, and you'll work out of our Lansdale, PA location on an on-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the successful delivery of aerospace systems programs, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to Honeywell Aerospace's reputation for excellence and innovation in avionics and electronic systems Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and manage CAES systems programs from inception through completion, ensuring strict compliance with scope, schedule, and budgetary requirements. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams—including engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain—to promote program success. Report program status, risks, and issues to senior management and key stakeholders. Initiate and lead continuous improvement efforts to optimize program efficiency and effectiveness. Develop actionable plans and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies to achieve or surpass annual business objectives related to orders, revenue, profitability, and cash flow. Contribute to portfolio and site-level business strategy, including market analysis, product and technology roadmaps, and additional market evaluation activities. Establish and execute robust customer communication plans to ensure timely updates, advocate for customer perspectives, foster strong relationships, define objectives, and manage satisfaction levels. Participate in the planning process for company capital investments, IRAD, and B&P resources. Provide input and participate in reviews associated with long-range strategic planning activities. Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 6 years of experience in program management within aerospace or related industries. Strong knowledge of aerospace systems, program lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies such as MS Project, Earned Value Management, and risk management techniques. Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex project schedules and budgets. Ability to analyze program data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
WE VALUE
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. Experience in aerospace systems program management, preferably with CAES systems. Strong leadership and strategic planning skills. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Experience with global program management and supplier coordination.
