Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage aerospace/defense programs to ensure successful execution and delivery
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices Qualifications
US PERSON REQUIREMENT
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.YOU MUST HAVE
- 6+ years of experience in Program management or Engineering roles within aerospace or related fields
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex aerospace engineering projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership and project management skills specific to aerospace programs
- Experience with aerospace industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality management systems
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies relevant to aerospace engineering
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or Engineering or related field. MBA or PMP Certification is a plus.
