You will report directly to our Program Senior Director, and you'll work out of our Lansdale, PA location. This position requires working on-site on a 9/80 work schedule. In this role, you will impact the aerospace and defense business by driving operational excellence, fostering innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of critical aerospace programs that enhance flight safety, efficiency, and sustainability. Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage aerospace and defense programs to ensure successful execution and delivery aligned with customer and business goals
- Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Develop and implement detailed program plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Monitor program progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues impacting program delivery
- Coordinate communication with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program management processes
- Develop proposals for new or repeat business opportunities and present to Senior Leadership Qualifications

MUST HAVE
- Extensive experience in aerospace program management with a proven record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong expertise in defining program scope, resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation
- Proficiency with program management tools and methodologies tailored to aerospace industry requirements
- Demonstrated experience developing and presenting complex proposals for new and follow-on business opportunities
- In-depth knowledge of aerospace industry standards, regulations, and best practices
