Program Manager - Product Development Lead Innovation in Neurotechnology at Neuronetics At Neuronetics, we are redefining mental health treatment through innovation. As the global leader in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Therapy, our NeuroStar Advanced Therapy system is transforming the lives of patients with drug-resistant Major Depressive Disorder (MDD). We're looking for a Program Manager to play a pivotal, highly visible role leading cross-functional teams in delivering groundbreaking medical technology - on time, on budget, and with the highest standards of quality and compliance. What You'll Do As a Program Manager, you will be at the center of product innovation - driving programs from concept through commercialization while partnering across engineering, operations, quality, and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams through the full Product Development Process (PDP), including:
Concept development
Planning & design
Verification & validation
Manufacturing transfer & product launch
Develop and execute detailed program plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and tracking metrics
Facilitate weekly program reviews and provide clear, consistent updates to leadership
Identify and mitigate risks using best-in-class project management practices
Lead root cause investigations and resolve program, technical, and schedule challenges
Partner with engineering teams on the development and release of new product features (hardware & software)
Collaborate with Operations, Field Service, Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure successful product launches and seamless field adoption
Ensure alignment with Quality Assurance and Regulatory requirements, including adherence to internal procedures and global standards
Drive accountability across teams to deliver high-quality, compliant products
What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
3+ years of Program Management experience in the medical device industry, including leading a program from concept to launch
5+ years of experience in a regulated industry (medical device, pharma, aerospace, etc.)
Strong understanding of product development processes and cross-functional dependencies
Proven ability to lead, influence, and align diverse teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated problem-solving expertise (Six Sigma training or equivalent strongly preferred)
Technical & Industry Knowledge Familiarity with:
FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR 820.30)
GMP and ISO standards (60601, 13485, 14971)
Exposure to both hardware and software product development, including embedded and/or cloud-based systems (preferred)
PMP certification (preferred)
Work Environment Primarily office-based with collaboration across engineering and lab environments
Up to 20% travel within the U.S.

Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the Company's employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company-paid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; company-paid short term disability and long term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time. Full-time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual. If applicable and required under state law, the successful candidate will also be eligible for paid sick leave. These benefits are subject to plan terms, company policies and are subject to change.
