Auberle has evolved into a premier multi-service agency with programs spanning Workforce Development, Housing, Foster Care, Young Adult Services, and Behavioral Health. Auberle's mission is to help build strong individuals, families, and communities. In 2019, Ward Home joined the Auberle family and has three programs in our Young Adult Services Department.
Program Description:
Auberle provides housing services and programming across the agency. Services include, but are not limited to, Rapid Re-Housing, Family Emergency Shelter, and other homeless services as needed and defined by Auberle, Allegheny County and the federal department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The Auberle Family Shelter programs are operational 24/7 to serve the families at the facility. Position Title and Overview Family Emergency Shelter Program Manager Provide high quality supervision and guidance to program supervisor to ensure programs operate effectively. Actively monitor all team members' productivity, provide supervision, feedback, and other performance improvement steps as needed to ensure individual and team goals are met. Program is operational 24/7. Ensure timely and accurate completion of data reporting and successful program monitoring. Participate in monthly finance meetings, manage progress towards budget goals and expenditures. Assures all relevant information pertaining to programs is disseminated to appropriate parties in a timely fashion. Monitor program staffing needs and lead the hiring and onboarding processes . Build and maintain relationships with external partners, landlords, service providers, and agencies to enhance housing opportunities and support services for participants.
Location and Travel Requirements:
This position is primarily located in McKeesport., and Duquesne, All positions are also expected to come to training, meetings, and other events at Main Campus in McKeesport, as scheduled. The travel required for this position is occasional.

Position Requirements:
Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances Participate in rotating 24/7 on-call and coverage for on-call shifts as needed. Bachelor's degree required and three to five years of experience working in social services, with at least three years of supervisory experience. A combination of education and experience will be considered. Experience with HUD, Homeless Advisory Board and HMIS strongly preferred. Experience working with displaced, underserved, and vulnerable populations and must follow housing first and trauma informed principles. Completion of
SFW/LSFW
certification preferred or required within first year. Completion of HUD Housing Counseling certification preferred or required within first year. Completion of PHFA certifications/knowledge checks preferred or required within first year.
