Key Responsibilities:

Provide seamless administrative support, including answering phones, scheduling/rescheduling/confirming patient appointments, and managing electronic records. Scan, upload, and organize patient data with accuracy and efficiency. Prepare new patient materials at the direction of the Dietitian and guide patients through program steps, answering questions with confidence and clarity. Support wellness services, including assisting with red light therapy.

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional, friendly presentation and customer-focused mindset. Ability to juggle multiple tasks with excellent time management and prioritization.
