- Manage existing running programs in the organization
- Strong experience with Wealth Management
- Monitoring projects and overseeing project managers to ensure goals are met
- Meeting with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals
- Devising new programs that support the organization's objectives
- Working with the cross functional team heads team to improve strategies and efficiency for value creation for the client
- Well versed with detail reporting of all the project to senior management and leadership.
- Clearly define and understand the risk and dependencies and able to take proactive action to mitigate risk or impact
- Proactively define sustainable goals for the organization based on the vision
- Working with other departments to discover new avenues and initiatives and plans for the programs
