• Must be able to:
• provide administrative support for

ISO 9001

;2015, ASME NCA-3800 and

NCA-4200

2019, and AS9100;2016

• provide organization of all documents, forms, work instruction manuals process procedures, Quality Control Manual, specifications, and reports during the review and distribution process
• type draft work instructions providing direction in document cross-referencing, structure, format, and compliance with Quality System procedures
• process new and revise all current documents
• regulate and control distribution of all formal documents
• organize, copy, prepare, and distribute booklets as required
• maintain electronic records and signatures
• become an internal ISO auditor and take minutes of all internal auditor meetings
• assist in other tasks as assigned by the Quality Manager Required Skills
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Must be able to work in a cross-functional, inter-department team environment.
• Must be process oriented.
