ChristianaCare Fellow (Cancer Center) AmeriCorps - 4.3 Philadelphia, PA Job Details Part-time 10 hours ago Qualifications Community relationship building Full Job Description Through Leading Youth Through Empowerment, this AmeriCorps member will serve at ChristianaCare supporting the Cancer Control & Population Sciences (CCPS) team at the Helen F. Graham Cancer Center & Research Institute in advancing initiatives focused on reducing cancer health disparities and promoting equitable health outcomes. The member will assist with research coordination, data organization, community outreach support, and operational projects that strengthen the team's capacity to conduct population health research and expand health equity initiatives. The member will support systems development, resource coordination, communication processes, and data-related projects that enhance the effectiveness, sustainability, and community impact of cancer prevention, screening, and public health efforts within underserved communities.
Member Duties :
Assist with organizing and maintaining research, outreach, and program materials to support ongoing cancer health equity initiatives. Support data collection, entry, and management processes for population health and behavioral research projects. Help coordinate administrative and operational tasks that improve team efficiency and research capacity. Assist with community engagement and outreach efforts related to cancer prevention, screening, and health education initiatives. Support the development of reports, presentations, and educational materials for internal and external stakeholders. Conduct background research and compile resources related to public health, cancer disparities, and health equity. Help strengthen communication systems and organizational processes that enhance the sustainability of CCPS programs and initiatives.Program Benefits :
