A Brief Overview The Program Manager I is accountable for the coordination, administration and operational functions of one or more programs. This role may be accountable for managing relationships with vendors. Develops polices consistent with processes and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. This level may also be responsible for contributing to or leading special projects. Project work could also involve data and reporting, creating training or communications related to the program(s). Works with general supervision. What you will do Monitor, assess, evaluate, and report metrics on the performance of the program. Recommend improvements, updates, and changes to content, design, and facilitation of programs. Partner with Program Manager II, Program Manager III, and Leadership to implement and assess improvements. Partner with Senior Program Managers to coordinate coordinated management of programs and projects, directed toward the achievement of common objective. Manages cost, schedule, resources and other components of a project and operations to ensure successful delivery of the program Support the planning and implementation of program events as applicable. May be responsible for partnering on facilitation, design, and development with and guidance of Program Manager II, Program Manager III and/or Sr Manager, of program. Responsible for stakeholder management both internal or external to CHOP Education Qualifications High School Diploma / GED- Required Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred Experience Qualifications At least three (3) years Relevant work experience
- Required Skills and Abilities Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
