Full Job Description Description:
The Account Manager is the engine behind the work. You keep projects moving, ensure teams stay aligned, and keep clients confident every step of the way. As a primary point of contact, you own the day-to-day execution across your accounts, translating client needs into clear direction and making sure everything lands on time and on budget. You're equal parts organizer, communicator, and collaborator, all while working closely with the rest of the agency to bring ideas to life. This role is for someone who thrives in the details but never loses sight of the bigger picture. Autonomously manage projects from kickoff to completion. Partner with strategy and creative leads to draft clear, inspiring project briefs. Manage project-level profitability and draft initial scopes of work and estimates. Lead client presentations and regular meetings, internal status meetings, cross-functional kickoffs, etc. Identify common pitfalls for specific project types early and flag them to the client. Demonstrate an ability to rise above pure "project management" by contributing meaningful points of view during creative and strategic development, ensuring all work remains "on-brand" and "on-strategy." 3-5 years of experience. Previous junior AM or Project Management role. Experience in like industries (corporate marketing, startups, or brand management) is highly valued.
